Yisel Neyra Fajardo is a compassionate and highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with over 24 years of healthcare experience spanning international medical training, registered nursing, and advanced practice care. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from South University and is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Currently serving at Lifeway Center, Yisel provides integrative care for underserved populations—managing conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and depression while offering holistic patient education and preventative care. Her background also includes high-acuity roles in telemetry, cardiac step-down, oncology, and maternal health, with fluency in both English and Spanish.
Rooted in faith, Yisel draws strength from Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV):

Outside of the clinic, Yisel volunteers her time to expand healthcare access in underserved communities and cherishes moments with her family.
