Community Behavioral Health Services

  • Individual/Family Therapy

Clients work one-on-one with a Master level therapist—in a safe, caring, and confidential environment—to explore feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.

  • Group Therapy

Helps people improve their mental health. It involves at least one mental health professional and up to 12 people in therapy. The group dynamic helps people feel supported as they move forward. Whether your goal is growth, improving social skills, or something else, group therapy could help you achieve it.

  • Psychosocial Rehabilitation

Provide skill building, peer support, and other supports and services to help adults with serious and persistent mental illness reduce symptoms, achieve optimal levels of community membership, increase satisfaction with their living environment, and restore and/or enhance their personal, social, and vocational capabilities.
