Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Maintain confidential records and document treatment progress.
- Work with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent.
